New parents who work regularly with Deliveroo may be able to claim a one-off payment to help with loss of earnings and additional expenses when they become a new parent through the birth, stillbirth or adoption of a child.

The amount you may receive depends on how many deliveries you completed in the 6 months before the birth, stillbirth or adoption of your child.

If you are the birthing parent, you may be eligible for:

• €250 if you completed more than 175 deliveries;
• €500 if you completed more than 350 deliveries; or
• €1,000 if you completed more than 700 deliveries.

If you are a non-birthing parent or adoptive parent, you may be eligible for:

• €250 if you completed more than 250 deliveries;
• €500 if you completed more than 500 deliveries; or
• €1,000 if you completed more than 1,000 deliveries.
