The rider account holder will need to add your details from their rider account. They’ll need to go to the Profile page in the rider app, tap ‘Subcontractors’, then the + symbol in the upper right corner. 

They’ll need to confirm they’ve read their rights and responsibilities when engaging you as a substitute and then add in your details. 

They will not be able to register you as their substitute if you do not fulfill the requirements set out in their supplier agreement, for example if you do not have the right to work in the UK in a self-employed capacity or if you have previously had a supplier agreement with Deliveroo terminated for a serious or material breach of contract.

We’ll send you an email so you can complete your registration. You will need to provide proof of your right to work as self-employed before you can go online to complete orders.

Once this is all done, you should then be able to log in using your own email address.
