Can someone else work on my behalf (substitute)?
Yes. As outlined in your supplier agreement, you can appoint someone else (a substitute) to complete orders on your behalf. You are required to register them in the rider app first and ensure that they meet all of the requirements set out in your supplier agreement.
This includes checking that your substitute has not previously had a supplier agreement with Deliveroo terminated for a serious or material breach of contract.
